In my coaching practice I endeavour to help clients see the enormous impact their thinking has on every aspect of their life and work, and how a more insightful understanding of the power of thought can positively expand their way of being in the world, beyond what they assume is possible.

Sessions are in blocks of four and are one hour duration, currently priced at £160 in total. Payment is due on or before the first session, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Where finance is a significant problem for you, we can come to a more suitable arrangement to enable your participation.
